I bought Video Utility Poster 2 days ago and It doesn’t work properly.
It seems very usefull, the only thing is that I don’t know where to click for the options.
I can only copy the video and title on my blog but not the text, I can’t highlight it
Did I do someting during the insatllation
How do I get the options
I use firefox but tried it while using IE and it does the same thing
I emailed them and got a response from a human telling me to send support ticket but no news since.

Hi Henri….sorry to hear you’re running into a little problem.
Jack and his crew are really efficient when it comes to support. As you know they just released it so they might be a little behind, also it is a holiday in the US, 4th of July weekend…so they are probably off at various picnics

You can find the options button on the far right, just under the Title bar of the software application. A little text box pops up with the word ‘Options’ in it….YOU MUST click on that small text box and then the Options Window will pop up.
