Hi Roger,

I didn't know if you resolved your index page problem. If not, take a look at this diagram. Its pretty self explainatory.

Your website starts with a directory (folder) always create a webpage called index.htm or html this will be the file or page that comes up when the visitor types in www.YourDomain.com.

In each successive directory (folder) under your domain, always include a webpage (file) called index.htm or html, this will be the webpage that is displayed when the visitor types in www.YourDomain.com/folder
